Becca brings a blend of lived experience, relational care, and operational expertise to her work with Elemental Psychedelics. Psychedelics have been a profoundly meaningful part of her own healing journey, and she feels honored to support others who are called to this work with integrity, care, and curiosity.

 

Before joining Elemental, Becca worked as an Admissions Counselor at Naropa University, supporting prospective graduate students entering the field of counseling. Prior to that, she served as an Adherence and Supervision Coordinator at Lykos Therapeutics (formerly MAPS PBC), where she provided operational support to the therapy training team in the MDMA-assisted therapy clinical trials.

 

At the heart of Becca’s work is a deep love of community and connection. She is especially drawn to creating spaces where people feel supported and seen. At Elemental, she delights in using her organizational and systems-building skills in service of heart-centered humans. She supports EP students and alumni as they move through the stages of training, deepen their relationships, and grow in their roles within the broader psychedelic ecosystem.
