Inner Guidance Consultation Group for Building your Practice

In this 12 hour virtual consultation group with Dr. Shannon Hughes, we dissect and apply principles of Radical Healership by Laura Mae Northrup and explore our own gifts through the four inner guidance channels (clear hearing, clear seeing, clear feeling, clear knowing). Through discussion prompts from Radical Healership, case consultation, and Shannon’s intuitive guidance on the pendulum, you will deepen your understanding of how you can build your mushroom facilitation practice in alignment with your gifts and values. As part of this consultation group, Shannon will offer her intuitive gift in each call to connect with our guides to bring forward our highest and best intentions and clarity for tuning into this for ourselves. This group is about becoming a clear channel for your unseen support system (guides and helpers) to come through with clarity and direction for your practice with clients. 

Our 8 sessions together will loosely cover:

1. Introduction to Inner Guidance Channels; Radical Healership Ch 1

2. Discerning your Whys and Shadow Whys; Radical Healership Ch 2 and 3

3. Writing your Prayer for your Practice; Radical Healership Ch 4 and 5

4. Opening to your Spiritual Communication Gift; Radical Healership Ch 6 and 7

5. Leading With your Authentic Self; Radical Healership Ch 8

6. Devotional Practice; Radical Healership Ch 9

7. Expanding Beyond your Patterns; Radical Healership Ch 10 and 11

8. Giving Permission to Be in your Gifts; Radical Healership Ch 12 and 13

We will meet 8 times for 90 minutes from 1pm-2:30pm MST, every other week from Wednesday February 18, 2026 through May 27, 2026. Please only join the group if you are sure you can attend at least 7 of 8 sessions. Exact Wednesday dates are: February 18, March 4, March 18, April 1, April 15, April 29, May 13, and May 27.

This consultation group is limited to 6 people, and open to those on clinical or wellness (i.e., “Original” or non-clinical facilitator licenses) paths. The cost for all 8 sessions (12 consultation hours) is $895. This equates to about $75 per consultation hour. A completed consultation form for 12 hours will be provided at the end of the group to submit as part of the 40 hours of required consultation for anyone with a NMIT license.
