I think you’ll find me to be a very curious, kind of quirky, open-minded person with a patient nature. Qualities that have served me well in traditional Psychotherapy for over 20 years and certainly serve me well as a Psychedelic Facilitator.

My primary therapeutic specializations are helping people feeling stuck in thinking, behavioral and relational patterns, anxiety, trauma and attachment wounding. I utilize Ketamine and Psilocybin Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic processing and traditional talk therapies.

I believe that psychedelics can take us well beneath our thinking mind, opening access to a level of our body and psyche where early wounding lives and where our intuitive healing self is. This can be Spirit level healing work and I will hold it in sacred reverence with Ceremony that is crafted together and meaningful to you.

I find my personal connection to the sacred in the natural world. I am a gardener, a camper, I tinker with herbalism and refill my spirit with earth-based practices connected to the seasons and cycles of life.
