Gabel DeRita is a goal whisperer and mushroom nerd who left his tech sales career in 2018 to travel the world by bicycle. In the process, he found his calling helping individuals and groups create effective connections with self and others through coaching & facilitation. Gabe runs workshops, talks, and retreats around the world, from boardrooms to Burning Man. His work sits at the intersection of Authentic Relating, coaching, and psychedelics. He supports humans in many walks of life, and has made an impact in places as diverse as Fortune 500 management teams, nonprofits and intentional communities. Gabe has over a decade of experience with psychedelics, with a focus on integration and harm reduction. He’s sat with Zendo Project at major festivals, trained licensed psychedelic facilitators in Colorado with Elementals Psychedelics, and runs retreats with Fungi Academy in Guatemala. He is a web-weaver and innovator in authentic leadership and community building. He’s dedicated his life’s work to creating a more connected, relational, and mycelial world.
