Jenny Epstein Kessem, MA, LPC, BC-DMT, ACS, NMIT is a Colorado-based psychotherapist and dance movement therapist with more than two decades of clinical experience in mindfulness and body-centered therapy. She serves adults in her private practice, in individual and couple settings, and has particular joy in serving couples. She also created the Relational Unmasking program for neurodivergent adults to explore unmasking in group spaces. She is proudly neurodivergent herself. 

Jenny’s friendship with mushrooms and mushroom foraging goes back 24 years. She is approved by the State of Colorado to serve psilocybin as an NMIT and is accepting clients, particularly those wishing to explore embodiment, authenticity, and themes of life and death. She is a grateful 7 year cancer survivor, and continues to explore what mushrooms teach us about life (and death). 

Jenny is the proud mama of two kids. She loves fluid movement forms such as dance, especially Contact Improvisation, swimming, and walking in nature.
