Koelle Simpson
For over twenty years, I’ve guided individuals, organizations, and animals through transformation, healing, and authentic self-expression. As a life coach, spiritual mentor, and horse whisperer, my work draws on the wisdom of nature, somatic intelligence, and the profound reflections offered by animals—especially horses.
My path began in childhood, where trauma was met with the steady presence of horses. Their nonverbal guidance shaped my healing and led me into apprenticeships with an internationally recognized equine trainer and a four-year coaching program blending neuroscience, psychology, and intuitive listening. Today, I focus on direct client work and facilitating nature-based retreats across the U.S., South Africa, Europe, the UAE, and beyond.
My approach is informed by training in Somatic Experiencing® (SEP), DARe Attachment Therapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and a psychology degree from Naropa University. I serve as faculty for Elemental Psychedelics with 15+ years of psychedelic facilitation experience. My work has been featured in TEDx, O Magazine, and the OWN Network. Currently, I’m completing a memoir, soon to be adapted into a feature film, exploring how trauma can be transformed into resilience.
