I have been a therapist for 30 years and am a Certified EMDR Therapist and a trained psilocybin therapist holding an NMIT license. My approach is informed by integrative medicine and extensive experience working with chronic health conditions, trauma, and complex emotional patterns. I also draw from somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), transpersonal psychology, and Level II Reiki training to support preparation, facilitation, and post-experience integration.
